So we are back on the marathon debate again. Since I have started running of course I'm getting better and starting to enjoy it.....well kinda anyways. I don't mind the running if I have someone with me and I'm not a fan of the track either. I ran on that this morning and I hated it, I kept forgetting which lap I was on. Anyways, Tim came home yesterday and told me that the Edinburgh Marathon is the 28th of May and if I start soon I could do it. It has always been on my list of things to do before I die, run a marathon, and Tim said that the course was mostly down hill and a good course to do for beginners so why not right? We don't have kids yet and I'm sure that it will be harder to train for something like this if we had kids plus it gives me an excuse to go to Scotland, a place I haven't been yet. So I think I'm going to do it. I have to squeeze in a half marathon in there somewhere but Tim said that that shouldn't be to hard to do. I'm up to 6 miles as my farthest ever run, not bad really.
For the like 3 people that read my blog I'm in the process updating my webpage. I'm just about done but it is becoming interesting with publishing it cause Tim has his webpage (the business one) attached to our home account. So for some reason we might have to delete our webpage and reload the whole thing again. I'm not really sure, I leave most of that up to Tim since I have no idea what I'm doing. If I can't get something to work, I just call him cause I don't have a clue. I"m better but besides turning it off and turning it back on again that is about the extent of my computer fixing knowledge. Plus it doesn't help that Tim has used up most of the C drive for pictures making it difficult to do anything else on the computer. Anyways, it will be done today and hopefully Tim can load it tonight for everyone to see.
Has anyone finished Xmas shopping yet? I haven't really even started and it still sucks. I need to be done by the 10th of December so that I can mail it all home. Anyways, I'm off, have to go and get the puppy soon from his haircut, he looks a mess. Should be nice and tidy for Thanksgiving and he'll get cut again just after Xmas.
