So since I'm fat and I have lost a total of like 4lbs. since September it is time to try something more drastic...well drastic for me...2-a-days. So I get up every morning, from now on, and go to the gym for about an hour and just run on the treadmill and try to burn about 400-500 calories...then go to the gym in the afternoon and do the same thing except this time lift some weights. Fun times Fun times....
I know people are thinking, "Why are you doing this before the holidays? It's the holidays blah blah blah...." Well come January when you are 10lbs. more than you want to be and I have maintain my fatness through the holiday season I can at least not huff and puff on the treadmill and watch the rest of you. Is that bad? Whatever.....I'll be there at the gym, running on the treadmill trying not to throw up, and lifting weights trying not to get a hernia...fun times...fun times...
