Early to Bed, early to .....

sleep in is what I want to say. We have started our marathon training for our hopefully upcoming marathon in Scotland at the end of May. The "real" scheduled training doesn't start till next week and we are actually starting it before we even know to make the transition easier to the actual training. So right now we are both a bit behind so we are doing 2-a-days to catch up. So yesterday before lunch I had a free period at the school I was teaching at and they have this huge field behind their school. So I went for a run and ran about 2 miles. I've never been much of a runner but I did the 2 miles in about 22 minutes which is about a 11 minute mile. Not to bad really. When I came home from work, and after my hour and a half drive home, Tim and I went out and ran again for another 3.5 miles. We did that in about 43 minutes. Then we came in, showered, ate dinner, watched about and hour of TV and I was in bed around 8 o'clock and sleeping by about 8:45 p.m. (have a to read a little before I go to sleep). I guess my father called at about 9:30 p.m. and laughed when he realized we were in bed since he knew how early it was, but at the same time we are both exhausted. I know that I slept hard because I'm sure the dead couldn't wake me up last night. I didn't move once, well really I did and that was only when Tim's alarm went off at 5 and he said I'm going to sleep another 15 minutes since I don't have to get up right away. I feel very rested with minimal worries. The whole moving thing is starting to get to us. This isn't going to be fun. But just like Mamma always said, "Only time will tell.."
