Tired of the Fat

So I guess you could say that I'm in the diet kick again. Tim got home and while he was gone I had lost about 10lbs. Mostly due to the fact that I was working crazy hours and well not eating at all. The whole starvation diet is the way to go if you ask me and it is cheap as well (joke). Anyways, so a little over a week ago, actually the day before Valentine's Day I took all my measurements and my weight. They weren't great numbers but well they were not as high as they have been in the past when Tim was here on a regular basis.

I finally got a new manager at work and I want to throw him a parade cause I think he is great. He put everyone (for the most part) on a set schedule. I work from 6a-11a every day and I get every Tuesday and Saturday off. Yes I know it is only 25 hours a week but well I live in England and can't get a "real world" job to save my life over here. So when I get out of work I head straight to the gym. It is kinda nice except for the fact that when I get home I'm ready to eat everything in site. So I try and keep a banana or piece of fruit with me for after the gym.

I have also decided to work more on my chest, back, arms, and those all famous abs more than anything. See I have been playing sports all of my life. Although I have always worn a sports bra it wasn't until I was in high school did I realize how important they really were or well a good one I should say. See I have always wanted perky boobs and well the many years of sports have thrown that out the window. Why? Well having taken 4 years of athletic training did I learn about the great Cooper's ligament. The Cooper's ligament is one that bascially holds your boobs in roughly the same spot and as with any ligament they stretch over time due to use (it also doesn't help if you are top heavy like me). So mine is pretty stretched out. So I'm figuring if I strenghten the muscles around it it will make my boobs look perkyer. At least the is the hope. There is a surgery to tighten it but well we don't have kids yet and I know they are going to get bigger and well just stretch out what a nice plastic surgeron tightened up. So I have to wait to get the lift.

So that's my story of the moment. Only lost about 2lbs. but that is what I'm shooting for in a week anyways. I'm going back to the states in May with Tim and would like to be about 15lbs. lighter before I get there. Let's hope that I can stick with this. The bigger thing that I'm worried about is the food aspect of all of this and well getting bored at the gym. I do that often. I try to play racquetball at least once a week, twice if I have my say just so the ellipitical doesn't get the best of me. I'll do my best to keep everyone posted. Not that alot of people read this anyways but for those of you that do.....Thanks! :-)
