Life Goals List

Today is another dready day here in England, its nothing new though, all days in England are dready (I think I spelled that wrong but I don't care). We will probably be inside again today for school. It isn't to bad, we play indoor and it gets interesting when you have more than one ball going at the same time. Maggie is doing better, she hasn't pissed in the house in 5 days now. I don't understand it though. I hit her to tell her bad and she still does it. I put her in the box just like Tim does and she still does it. Tim comes home and hits her for going on the carpet and he puts her in the box and she hasn't gone since. I don't understand. Is it that male authoritian thing or what? That's okay though, I'm better at dealing with the customer service issues. My father has gotten worse over the years. If food is cold he'll send it back. He isn't as laid back in his older years.

So you know that list of things to do before you die list or your "Lifelong Goals" well I have already fulfilled so many of them. I wanted to get married and I did, I want to go to England, Ireland, and Italy and I have and there are a few other places that I want to go before I head back to the states (one of these years). But there are those other goals such as learn to play the piano, go sky diving, scrapbook all of my memories (the good ones at least) and well run a marathon. Yes that is the latest. I had mentioned it before and a friend of ours tells us that it unhealthy to train for a marathon for only a year. It takes like 10 years or something. So I just let the idea go and said that I would do it later in life. Well the other day Tim says, I think we can do this marathon thing (I guess he wants to do it as well now). I was somewhat surprised but he did all the research on how far we should be running, riding, swimming, etc. It is a 37 week program and the first week has us running like 14 miles for the entire week. For those that don't know a marathon is 26.2 miles or 10K (please correct me if I'm wrong). This isn't really hard except that is over 4 days so it works out to be just over 3 miles a each day you run. Anyways, we want to run the London Marathon. It is next April so we have a little more than a year to get in shape and well to get in for that matter. You have to apply to run in it. Maybe if we don't get into this one we can fly to Boston and run in that one. That would be cool as well.

So here is what I want everyone to do. Go and find your list of the stuff to do before you die and mark off what you have done or what you feel is realistic to work on now. If you don't have a list, make one, Lord knows I have re-written mine about 3 times (I keep losing/misplacing it). I just don't want to end up 40 saying, "What have I done with my life?" Something for everyone to chew on....
